1. Overview

Ownable™ offers AI-powered learning companions designed to help students from elementary through college practice and improve skills. This platform offers timed-limited sessions of structured, personalized learning per day.

2. Access & Usage

• Each subscription provides one student account with a daily, time-limited tutoring session.
• Accounts are intended for individual use and may not be shared.
• We may limit or suspend access for misuse or excessive attempts to bypass session limits.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed at $24.99/month via Stripe.
• A one-day free trial is available at signup. Payment information is collected at the time of trial activation.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• If not canceled, your subscription will begin automatically and recur monthly.
• Cancelations take effect at the end of the paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
• You may cancel anytime via Stripe.

4. Data & Privacy

• We collect email addresses to manage login access and personalize your session experience.
• Session data is not stored or used for training AI models.
• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.

5. Educational Disclaimer

Ownable™ is a supplemental learning tool. It is not a replacement for certified educators, licensed tutors, or accredited academic programs. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ownable™ after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
